FAQ

Clear answers before you choose a service

Can you reuse our website, portfolio, and capabilities presentation?

Yes, when the materials have sufficient quality, permission for use, and consistency. We review what can be preserved and what should be reorganized within the purchased scope.

Do you prepare technical proposals, calculations, plans, or sealed documents?

No. We can organize approved information, calendars, files, and administrative documents, but the firm and its licensed professionals prepare and approve technical content.

How are projects, credits, and credentials displayed?

Only with information and permissions supplied by the firm. We do not invent roles, participation, licenses, certifications, results, or experience.

What is included in the bilingual website?

Pages included in the applicable package are prepared in English and Spanish with navigation, calls to action, forms, and alternative text.

Does marketing guarantee contracts or selections?

No. Results depend on the market, reputation, experience, capacity, approvals, budget, and the firm’s follow-up.

What can the remote coordinator do?

They can answer approved channels, schedule meetings, update CRM, organize notes, tasks, and files, prepare administrative documents with approved data, and follow up. They do not perform technical or regulated professional work.

Can you help with RFQs or RFPs?

We can organize notices, dates, files, contacts, and administrative follow-up when included. The firm decides whether to participate and prepares, reviews, and approves every technical and commercial response.

Which costs are paid separately?

Domain, hosting, printing, shipping, applications, advertising, phone service, messages, and other external services are paid separately.

What do you need after purchase?

Services, markets, projects, photographs, approved experience, profiles, access, capacity, and the people responsible for review and approval.

What payments or commitments apply?

Professional packages are one-time purchases. Marketing is monthly. Remote support has a two-month initial commitment. The course is purchased according to the selected format.
