Get your business up and running
You already know the business you want to build. During the first 90 days, Dale Works builds, configures, organizes, and puts into use the practical foundation it needs to begin operating professionally.

From zero to an operating business foundation
The first 90 days have a concrete objective: build and put into use the agreed pieces the business needs to present itself, receive customers, and operate from a professional foundation.
Customer-facing presence ready
Services, business information, presentation, website, and contact paths when they are part of the agreed foundation.
A clear way to receive and follow up
We prepare the inquiry, intake, follow-up, payment, or basic commercial steps included in scope.
Core processes and tools in use
We organize customers, documents, tasks, responsibilities, and the tools needed so the operation does not depend on improvisation from day one.
You already know the business you want to build; we work to get it ready to operate
Business Development is not a course for deciding what business to start. We work from a real decision by the owner and use the first 90 days to build the agreed foundation from zero to a functional operating state.

Five areas that turn a business decision into an operating foundation
The exact combination depends on the business and is confirmed before work begins. The objective does not change: by the end of the period, the agreed pieces should be built, configured, and usable.
Organize the foundation
Services, offer, core information, pricing, or commercial structure needed to begin operating.
Build the professional presence
Website, materials, profiles, contact paths, and other presentation elements included in scope.
Prepare customer contact
Contact paths, intake, messages, follow-up, payment, or basic commercial steps when applicable.
Organize the operation
Customers, documents, recurring tasks, responsibilities, and tools needed to work with more structure.
Put it into use
We configure, test, make in-scope adjustments, and put the agreed systems and processes into use.

The monthly service covers the agreed Dale Works work; third-party costs remain separate
External and third-party costs are not included in the monthly service. Government fees, registrations, permits, licenses, certificates, official documents, professional services, taxes, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, advertising spend, payment-processing fees, and other third-party charges are paid separately when required.
Dale Works can organize information, prepare business materials, and coordinate administrative steps included in scope, but fees and services charged by authorities, professionals, platforms, or other third parties remain separate.
Dale Works executes the agreed work; the business provides the facts, access, and decisions that belong to it
To build a real operating foundation without inventing information or taking on responsibilities that do not belong to us, we work from the facts, materials, and approvals supplied by the business.

From a business decision to an operating foundation
We define which pieces must be built and usable by the end of the first 90 days and what work Dale Works will own.
We gather the information, access, materials, approvals, and any required third-party budget so implementation can keep moving.
Dale Works creates, organizes, and configures the pieces included in the agreed scope.
We test what was built, make the included adjustments, and leave the agreed foundation ready for the business to operate with it.
The price shown is one monthly payment. The first 90 days are one complete implementation period: we use those three months to build, configure, organize, and put the agreed foundation into operation. The initial period is paid in three monthly payments at the current price for your market.
Learn how to make better decisions about your offer, pricing, customers, follow-up, and organization.
The 14 modules explain how to turn your expertise into a clear offer, set pricing, present the business, find opportunities, respond, follow up, and organize the work. The course does not do the work for you; it teaches you how to understand and apply it.
The agreed foundation should be ready to use, not waiting on another phase to become functional
The initial period ends after 90 days. By then, the foundation included in scope should be built and usable. Any continued work is optional and agreed separately.
Presentation and contact working
The agreed pieces for presenting the business and receiving customers should be published, configured, or ready to use.
Basic operating processes organized
The included steps, tools, and responsibilities should be defined and put into practice inside the operation.
Accounts, files, and access clear
We close the initial period with the access, files, accounts, and systems created for the business organized according to the agreed scope.
Answers before starting Business Development
Is Business Development for deciding what business to start?
No. It is for owners who already know the business they want to build. Dale Works takes that real business decision and works to turn it into an operating foundation during the first 90 days.
Does Business Development include the entire Dale Works catalog?
No. It includes the necessary pieces defined inside the initial scope to bring the business to a functional operating foundation. The exact scope is confirmed before work begins.
What happens during the first 90 days?
We build, configure, organize, test, and put into use the agreed pieces so the business can move from zero to a professional operating foundation.
How is the service billed?
Business Development is delivered as an initial 90-day implementation period and is paid monthly. The price shown is one monthly payment; three monthly payments cover the 90 days of implementation.
Are registrations, licenses, and other third-party costs included?
No. Government fees, registrations, permits, licenses, certificates, official documents, professional services, taxes, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, advertising, payment-processing fees, and other third-party charges are paid separately when required.
What does the business need to provide?
Accurate information, services, pricing or rules when applicable, existing materials, access, timely approvals, and someone who can make the decisions that belong to the business.
Does Dale Works make legal, technical, or regulated decisions for the business?
No. Those decisions remain with the owner or authorized professional. Dale Works works from the information and approvals they provide.
What happens after the first 90 days?
The initial implementation period ends. The included work should be ready within those 90 days; any work after that is optional and agreed separately.
Does Business Development guarantee sales or growth?
No. Dale Works is accountable for the agreed execution. Sales, revenue, licenses, financing, approvals, and market outcomes depend on factors we do not fully control.
